Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dewatogel ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the dewatogel website located at https://dewatogel.buzz and all associated services, games, promotional offers, and support functions.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the dewatogel platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by every clause set out herein. If you do not agree with any portion of this Agreement, you must not use the dewatogel platform.

This Agreement should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall regulatory framework governing your use of dewatogel. In the event of conflict between documents, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed below:

Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the dewatogel platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained continuously throughout the lifetime of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Dewatogel strictly prohibits access by minors and will terminate any account where it is determined that the account holder does not meet this minimum age requirement.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through dewatogel or any responsible gambling scheme applicable to you.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Provision of false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, nor registering or operating an account for the purpose of any commercial or business activity.

Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the dewatogel platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Malaysian contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information current and must notify us promptly of any changes by contacting support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Dewatogel will never ask for your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. Any activities conducted through your account are your sole responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to us in writing.

Dewatogel reserves the right to decline any registration application or close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that applicable eligibility criteria are not met or where continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

Identity Verification (KYC)

In order to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations, dewatogel requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process prior to processing withdrawal requests above designated thresholds or where otherwise determined by our compliance team.

KYC verification will typically require the submission of the following documentation:

• Government-issued photo ID: Malaysian MyKad (front and back), Driver's Licence, or valid Passport (photo page)
• Proof of current address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three (3) months, clearly displaying your name and address
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of yourself holding the submitted identity document adjacent to your face
• Payment method verification: Confirmation of ownership of the payment method(s) used to deposit funds, where requested

All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are reviewed by trained compliance personnel only and are stored using industry-standard encryption. Dewatogel does not share KYC documents with any third party except where required by applicable law or a lawful regulatory order.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by our compliance team may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality pending verification. We reserve the right to void wagers and return deposits in exceptional circumstances where fraud or identity misrepresentation is confirmed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Dewatogel supports the following Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrency methods including BTC and USDT.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30. No maximum deposit limit is imposed, though unusually large deposits may trigger additional compliance checks.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• All transactions must be conducted using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Dewatogel does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may apply independent transaction fees for which we bear no responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes for DuitNow and FPX transactions during standard operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during peak demand periods or pending KYC review.
• Dewatogel reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds. This is a security measure to protect against fraudulent activity on Player accounts.
• In the event that a deposit is made in error or a transaction is reversed by your financial institution, dewatogel reserves the right to place your account balance in a pending state until the matter is resolved.

Bonuses & Promotions

Dewatogel offers promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds restrictions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for matters relating to that specific promotion.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless otherwise explicitly stated:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have fully registered accounts and met all applicable eligibility criteria including KYC verification where required.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated timeframe. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the expiry of the promotional period will be forfeited.
• Dewatogel reserves the right to withhold bonus payments and void associated wagers where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing low-risk or zero-risk wagers to satisfy wagering requirements artificially.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash equivalents outside of completed wagering requirements, or applied to games that are excluded from wagering contribution.
• Dewatogel reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Wagering Rules

All wagers placed on the dewatogel platform — including sports bets, casino game rounds, and live dealer sessions — are subject to the following general rules in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it may not be cancelled or amended by the Player except where the Platform's own cancellation window permits.
• Dewatogel reserves the right to void any wager placed on an event or market where a clear technical or pricing error is identified, regardless of whether such a wager has already been settled. Voided wagers will have the staked amount returned to the Player's account.
• In-play ("live") bets are accepted at the discretion of dewatogel's trading team and are subject to suspension at any time where market integrity may be compromised.
• Mix Parlay bets — a popular format among Malaysian football bettors covering Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and international tournaments — are settled in accordance with the specific rules for each individual selection within the parlay. If one leg is void, it is typically treated as a single match parlay on the remaining selections.
• Winnings are credited to the Player's account Balance promptly upon settlement of the relevant event or game round. Settlement timelines vary by sport and event type.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the Player must raise the matter with our support team within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant settlement. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dewatogel platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and possible referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one registered account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or technical errors in any game or system component to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or live dealer formats.
• Engaging in matched betting or arbitrage strategies that guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, where such strategies are directed at exploiting promotional offers.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location through the use of VPN or proxy services.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise circumvent any security measure implemented on the Platform.

Where dewatogel identifies or suspects any of the above activities, it reserves the right to take immediate unilateral action without notice, including the freezing of account funds pending investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the dewatogel platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and design elements — is the intellectual property of dewatogel or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable intellectual property and copyright law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from dewatogel.

The dewatogel name, logo, and all associated branding elements are proprietary to the Company. Any unauthorised use of our trademarks or brand identity is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dewatogel, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from:

• Platform downtime, maintenance periods, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control;
• Errors or delays in third-party payment processing by banks, e-wallet providers, or payment intermediaries;
• Loss of access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials;
• The outcome of any wager or game round, which is subject to chance and applicable RNG certification;
• Changes to applicable law that affect your ability to access online gambling services in your jurisdiction.

Dewatogel makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, that all games will be free from technical faults at all times, or that any particular outcome will result from using the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

Responsible Gambling

Dewatogel is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools designed to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within their account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may enable time-based alerts that notify them when they have been playing for a set duration.
• Cool-off Periods: Players may request a temporary break from the Platform lasting 7, 30, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a more extended break may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to ensure you remain informed of any updates. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and request account closure through our support team.

Where changes to these terms are material in nature — particularly those affecting Player rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus terms — dewatogel will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account. However, failure to receive such a notification does not affect the validity of the amended terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the law of the jurisdiction in which dewatogel holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and dewatogel, the following procedure shall apply:

1. Initial Contact: The Player must first raise the dispute with our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. The support team will endeavour to resolve the matter within five (5) business days.
2. Formal Complaint: If the Player is dissatisfied with the initial response, a formal written complaint may be submitted detailing the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. Formal complaints will be escalated to our compliance management team and responded to within ten (10) business days.
3. Escalation: If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body applicable under dewatogel's operating licence conditions.

Both parties agree that any dispute submitted to formal legal proceedings shall be filed exclusively in the competent courts of the licensing jurisdiction, and each party irrevocably waives any objection to such jurisdiction.
